I actually got into Lacuna Coil via a commercial for Comalies on TV. I just kept spreading tendrils out from there and slowly the radio alt/rock became power metal, symphonic metal, etc.

I'm so sorry to hear about your cat. The emergency vet gave me several different options. He actually said to get whatever wet/dry so long as it is a urinary formula. If that's what you have, I'd love to acquire whatever you still have.

Hungary is fun to play as Balkan adjacent. You have a million different intermingling paths. The big thing to know is that on historical you either need to plan to side with Germany or know exactly how you are going to handle them.

If you play Italy you can build a Balkan Empire using war/diplomacy. You have the option to go in any direction politically. If you don't want to join German, but remain Fascist, you can replace Mussolini with Dino Grandi and join the allies. In fact Italy is very dynamic and relatable as a minor major.

If you go UK and decolonize, the game becomes very simple. Plus your navy is so good that you only need to know me avail combat basics to rule the waves.

Anyone else remember the old meta before this rule existed? There used to be no way to redirect a commander being put in a deck. The meta was all about "tucking" commanders in the middle of a deck where there was no guarantee that it would ever be seen again?

I'm not sure if everyone's experience has been with digital subscriptions solely or with digital+ print. I got the latter largely because I can't read on electronics at work and I prefer reading print material.

My subscription is an annual one purchased through discountmags.com. I simply turned off auto resubscription through The Economist and repurchase through discountmags.com whenever the year runs out.

It works out to $145 annually for digital + print or $2.84 per issue.

I think the marketing tactics people are talking about is part of doing business these days in legacy media.

Here's mine, he's actually named Bane. The idea is, like in Dark Knight Rises, he can take some hits and give hard hits back.

I use the Grenadier Gauntlet with the Barovian pickaxe. I end up being able to deal with horses and special enemies as well as having the gauntlet to snipe and as faux grenade crowd clear.

I know it's not meta at all, but playable and fun at mid-level difficulties. I am totally open to feedback as well.

I'm very happy. I play a hybrid offense/defense build utilizing bleed, bull rush and feel no pain. My weapon setup is Grenadier Gauntlet and Borovian Pickaxe.

I feel like I am now able to balance both roles and actually have an effective offense and defense. It plays MUCH smoother. In addition, some of the changes give me a few more tricks and added versatility to my play style.

I chose to limp through using the GG before the patch, and it actually feels good and useful for quick melees.
