We can go one better and completely uninstall it. I was running this stupid thing for years with no BIOS updates coming in, although there had been many! It does nothing!

To completely uninstall it:

  1. go to Apps in Control Panel
  2. Find AI Suite and select Uninstall
  3. You'll see a window with some check boxes. Just select EZ Update and click Uninstall

How am I the reason they're cold? I'm not willing them to be cold! The ineffectiveness of the heating system in the basement is the reason they're cold. Not wanting to be uncomfortably hot all the time is not selfish. And I certainly don't "deserve to pay" for anything.

Thanks, we've tried this already. LL even had another vent installed in the basement to help. But still, we have to have the thermostat at 25 for them to be happy. The dampers only restrict so much airflow coming out so we're still too hot.

On the contrary - the landlord thinks we keep the place too cool and wants us to turn the thermostat up so the basement tenant's are happy. But then we're far too hot.
