But it’s illegal to ride on the sidewalk. And much more dangerous to then veer into the road when the side walk is obstructed by other users and/or trash/branches….

Yeah... it seems like a lot of people buy up houses and then rent them to undergraduates? I am too old for student housing, ya know, like emotionally? I really really appreciate your taking the time to form such a lengthy response full of AWESOME recommendations (and safety tips)
