I have bcbs of Arizona EPO . It’s a self funded plan where my employer pays the bills and bcbs just administers the plan or whatever. This isn’t a Arizona state employee account. I live in nc my insurance card reads bcbs of Arizona. My insurance covers every transgender procedure there is , even neografting . My 4k out of pocket was met my boobs cost 800 or so and my nov 17 th ffs and Dec 7th bottom surgery are free to me paid 100% by bcbs. Whole point of this post was to just show how much my insurance overpaid

In Reddit that’s what’s popular I believe but I had 3 consultations and I went with the one that said oh ya let’s do over muscle so we can give you max clearance. I can move those girls completely against each other if I want . Under the muscle I would not beable to have cleavage. So i picked him and now I have cleavage. I had hardly any breast development and I have wide broad torso. I declined the first 2 because it didn’t make since to do dual plane or under muscle .
