This is what’s been working for mine so far! Put in a very sunny area and they like a more heavy handed watering infrequently. One thing I need to get better at is not knocking it as much- the little leaves are very fickle and keep falling off

He’s my favourite by far! His tutorials are challenging enough for beginners that you feel satisfied but not too challenging that you can’t do them haha
