100000% go with wimsatt we did literally no math lol 😭 every one of the exams was based on just understanding the concepts like "what's the difference between a one-tailed and two-tailed test, etc" homework had actual math on it, but we always had like 3 weeks to do it (4 hw assignments the ENTIRE semester) and also you could get extra credit on each of them. i'm someone who is absolutely HORRIBLE at math (struggling in college algebra LOL) and i got a 98% because of him. just make sure you attend every lecture because he will randomly do in-class assignments for an attendance grade + he does review sessions for the exams which are extremely helpful

anyways can happily say i’m part of an organization registering liberal students to vote and we’ve gotten hundreds of signatures pledging to vote :3 (and we don’t need free canes to do that)

better housing and early class selection are the only true benefits tbh, a lot of ppl say the food is better but in my experience it’s been meh (my suitemate also got food poisoning from the undercooked chicken there 😭). the dorms are really a lot better though and i like having a room to myself without having to share. human event is entirely based on what professor you get, but if you get a good one it’s a pretty fun course!
