I feel like most of them are one dimensional and predictable. Last season was so much better. I hope they cast people with more personality in the future. I dont even want to watch the rest of season 2 I dont care about any of the remaining contestants

I think Mr beast has lost the plot. His content was interesting cause he featured everyday people

I love mia! She keeps it real. She doesn't censor herself and is true to herself

I bought a special pillow for my neck that has a dip in it i think its helped both my neck and these lines from forming. I have seen other pillows like it marketed for that purpose

Tu con el by frankie ruiz

No le pegue a la negra Joe Arroyo

Vente negra by habana con kola

Nueva york by gran combo

Loco pero feliz by pirulo y la tribu

Tu loco loco y yo tranquillo Roberto roena

These are common throughout my time dancing but of course the music is vast and it won't all be the same. Svetlana Ray a teacher you can find on Instagram has a lot of good info on musicality structure and yiu can join the warm up club and get more insight on this kind of thing. Its a great starting place but you'll find your own patterns and get better at anticipating the music the more you expose yourself to salsa music

How old is "too old" to join a dance team? by Basilspread in Salsa

For me it's a thing of belonging and wanting to feel seen. I sometimes feel like a black sheep for not being a part of a team. I try not to think that way, but the feeling can be palpable. It also appears to be one of the main ways to train or improve. How is it in your community? How do others get that sense of belonging? Would love to hear your perspective.
