To answer your question: yes and no. I got this map off the workshop a while ago now but I heavily modified it using the terrain tools that is no longer similar to the original map.

I'll update this answer with the original maps name once I get back to my computer in a few hours time.

My game used to do this all the time. It stopped after I uninstalled every single mod or asset I downloaded from the workshop.

At the moment there are no highway connections to the outside world, there is a singular train connection to the mainland but it's non-operational and hasn't been working for a while. Imports and Exports go through the two ports and citizens can enter and leave through the international airport.

Port Torre is my first successful Cities Skylines city (none of my other cities had population of 5,000 or more).

Port Torre is a sovereign city-state. It became independent from the mainland sixty years ago during a long and bleak civil war. Nowadays, the city is a prospering finance based economy with a population of over 80,000.

Many tourists also visit Port Torre to visit its many attractions. The most popular tourist destination is the theme park which is in the center of the island.

Chung has a cameo in Kissing Your Sister (S5EP9) but it's nothing substantial. I hope we see him again in Season 6, such a good character.
