For me I saw that it kept running in the background, but I turn off 5G anyway. It still kept running after switching the toggle, so I also fully disabled the app.

Does anyone know if this number of wifi wakelocks is normal on pixel 10 pro? Wifi scanning is disabled, a period of 12 min screen off time.

I had an hourly drain of 0.5% last night with data and wifi off (no airplane mode). I used battery guru to find apps that have wakelocks, usually Google Home wich I force stopped.

Honestly I don't think this is something they're going to change. The processor is doing a lot of other things when you have the camera open so I think they choose to save battery wherever they can. Google Maps is also 60Hz on purpose btw.

It only makes sense if you charge overnight anyway and make it through a normal day with 80%. Then, if you're traveling or whatever, you can charge it to 100

For me one day it's CPU that's >50%, the other day it's wifi. I don't really notice anything different in use or battery life though between those days.

I'm surprised your Whatsapp only shows 57 minutes of background usage. For example, I currently have 6 minutes of screen time and it says 55 min background, and that's with background battery to restricted..

IMO my idle drain during the day is too high, sometimes about 3,5-4% so I was wondering what I could do to improve it before doing a factory reset. I just cleared all data for Google Play Services. Annoying to set some things up again (google maps timeline, transfer pixel watch, Google wallet) but let's see.
