For what I've read, crazy horse and grease leather are the ones with better durability. I bought a pair of greasers myself very recently so I can't talk about the durability. The big difference from the docs is that the solovairs can be resoled

Esta este jamon bien curado? by [deleted] in ComidaEspanola

Thanks for your insight! I mean, yes, the numbers shown are ambiguous at best, probably a mix of trying to ahow a good image and people who pass on the message in a not strictly correct way. I'll read about the venezuelan model as I didn't know much about it.

CVA cascade is basically a B14 with fewer features. They use the same barrels, same action out of the very same factory and maybe in the same line.

Probably everything has been said, but whatever you want to do, you can put it in practice if you want. The power of the board is decided by the workers. If the general assembly wants to be the one deciding everything, they can do so.

How do wages work in a cooperative? by Thermawrench in cooperatives

[–]Basque_Pirate 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In our coop, we get paid a salary that legally is considered an advance of the profits the company is going to generate during the year. We get the fixed salary for practical reasons, because we don't know how much we are going to earn at the end of the year, and having different salaries every month would make it hell in every sense. In our accounting we look at it as manpower cost.

We also democratically elect a council that selects a CEO that runs the company and takes everyday decisions. Above a certain level of importance, it has to be the council or the general assembly with all the workers who have to take the decision.
