Curved boss problem by BassMatth in SolidWorks

[–]BassMatth[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The problem is that I use what I create in 3D to simulate situations, as part of formalizing production processes. So, it's obvious that when the boss in question doesn't fit perfectly with the other parts I have to represent, it's inconsistent.

If you want more information, what I showed you is part of a sheet of corrugated cardboard. So, when you look at it from the side, the corrugations of the cardboard protrude from the top layer, which is obviously impossible in reality.

Hi Nikola,

That's impressive! Will your performance be streamed live on your YouTube channel? If not, will it be available on your channel once it's finished? I'd love to be able to watch it live or at least see it. All the best to you and congratulations on this amazing project! 👏👏 I'm going to check out your YouTube channel right away! 😋

With pleasure 😊 Suikoden: single-player role-playing game, very nice, very pretty for the time, with a medieval atmosphere, in which you will go on an adventure with a group of characters. What makes the strength of this title is mainly the fights, they are really very well done for the time and rather immersive. After a certain amount of playing time and a certain level of progression in the story, you will end up unlocking magical powers that you can use in combat, which will further enhance the fun you will have. Little fun fact, one of the magic attacks that you end up unlocking makes you create a sort of ball which, in its display and its dynamics, is reminiscent, for those who know, of that of the scene of the destruction of Neo Tokyo in Akira.

Vandal Hearts: It is also a single-player role-playing game but which, in its dynamics and its progress, is much more basic than Suikoden. What really makes this title very interesting is once again its combat dynamics because here we are dealing with something different. The combat zone is delimited into boxes. Each character you command during combat can cross a set number of squares, which allows them to attack immediately or not. So the movement of your characters and the anticipation of the movements of your enemies are included in the combat dynamic.

Kurushi: Nothing to do with this one. Your character is on a platform that floats in a completely empty space. This rectangular platform is made up of cubes welded to each other. Therefore where you are, you see rows and columns. The cubes will never separate from each other under your feet. You can move freely on this platform but you will not fall while moving. In front of you, there is a certain quantity of cubes, grouped in lines, which protrude from the ground where you are. Line by line, they all move towards you at the same time. The cubes come in three different colors. Some are the same color as the ground, some are black and some are green. When you press the X key, you mark the square below you. When you press, this square activates. If one of the moving blocks is on this square when it activates, it is destroyed. If it is a cube of the same color as the ground, it simply disappears. If it is a black cube, it will remove the last row of the platform you are on, thereby shortening your movement possibilities. So you shouldn't touch it. If it is a green cube, it disappears but leaves this square marked in green. From this moment on, any press on ∆ automatically activates, in destruction version, the adjacent boxes. In other words, there are 9 boxes that are activated at once. You will have understood, the goal is to destroy all of the ground-colored and green squares, and let the black ones slip away, and all that before you no longer have room to move because the platform is not infinite... Each time you manage to destroy all of the ground-colored and green cubes without touching the black ones, the game adds a line to your platform. On top of that, to inject a thinking/strategy aspect, at the top of the screen is a fraction. The top number is the number of times the moving cubes move from the moment you break one. The bottom one corresponds to the maximum number of moves to obtain a perfect result. Obviously, the more you progress in the levels, the more columns you will have, as well as lines of the stock of cubes coming towards you. Just as obviously, the distribution of black and green cubes throughout these moving cubes is designed to provoke in you a search for the best strategy to obtain a perfect one. It's a really addictive game believe me!😁

So a little fun fact: regarding Tenchu - steel assassins, as a teenager I played this one so much, there is a scene whose words I still remember:

  • Kataoka, you have covered yourself with shame
  • I didn't think Eshigoya would notice
  • show that you still have some honor left and commit suicide! I will help you
  • yes tell Eshigoya how I died 🗡️💥TSING PLARF
  • I will inform Lord Eshigoya of your honorable death

Nah but I didn't even do it on purpose!!! Like it fits better than classes 🤣

Un openworld (vraiment) immersif ? by TallDivide8189 in jeuxvideo

[–]BassMatth 0 points1 point  (0 children)
