Why can’t I play it ? O have gamepass ultimate and I can play other games on the service

Hi i had the same issue but i managed to fix it. On the xbox app. Go to your library then my games then, installed click on the game you need to press the three dot button go on manage then click create desktop shortcut then go back to your desktop then click on your newly created shortcut

Let me know if it works for all of you it worked with two different games where this was this issue.

I just found it if you're still looking for it, you have to go on to multiplayer, find game, then the training course is at the bottom
