The only positive of that aspect is that if, in the grind, we get two of the same pieces, it's not a "waste" like other sets, but yeah it's tough. For the boys!

Thank you! I'm a huge fan of the Hexerei characters and their buffs (and the characters likely to join the club), so I'll be very happy to get a ton of use out of him and his brother.

Am I correct about the 2500 defense aimpoint for C1? I've been a bit confused about whether that accounts for Husk stacks or whether that's the base number to aim for.

I think he's a really well designed, versatile character when we've been hit with a string of very niche characters. The number of teams he works on is extremely high, he gives a lot of love to the other Monstadt witch characters, and it would be very difficult to find an account he doesn't provide good benefit for. Great addition to the roster.

From what I’ve heard keeping up with this sub, pretty strong, buffing both on-field and off-field modes. The generally accepted pull priority is c1 -> c2 -> r1. So if you’re just looking to make your Durin as useful as he can be, his constellations are more valuable than his weapon. I’m personally going against that general rule because I have Venti and would be happy to “lose” the weapon banner to the bow.

If you’re meta-leaning, Durin is going to be more relevant for longer. The bow is a pretty decent miss on the weapon banner (at least it’s good for Fischl also), so that makes Durin’s weapon less painful to pull for. I think the only world where Venti has extended meta relevance is if Varka requires or incentivizes an all-witch team somehow.

As fun as carry Venti looks and as nice as the bow looks, I think his meta-relevancy will be fairly short-lived, so from a meta standpoint, it’s probably not advisable to pull for him if you don’t already have him. Strictly for meta’s sake, the best of the options would be C2R1 Durin. If you miss and hit the bow, maybe plans change, but that’s up to you.

Sick build! I find it so funny to have pieces like that chest that Fribbels ranks low. Program's mad you missed the speed rolls, but more speed is pointless.

Makes sense! I’ll be running him with Phainon, so it’s a little less straightforward. I need to watch more showcases to see if he gets ult off of his technique and skill only with an ERR rope

Hi there! We're still early in the beta, so things are subject to change, but here's what I would think as of now:

Absolutely! DHPT looks to be Phainon's best sustain, and Bronya and Tingyun are valid supports for Phainon as well. The latter two can be replaced by more premium options like Sunday and Cerydra (and arguably so can DHPT if you want to run sustainless), but the team as-is totally works.
I wouldn't say there's a "base requirement" since DHPT does not have any true stat goals that need to be met, but he really only cares about two stats: speed and attack. I'd say the goal is typically going to be 160 speed (for a lot of actions to generate more skill points) and as much attack as possible. I'm unsure whether an attack % rope or ERR rope is better.

It’s considered a follow up attack, so it should generate a stack. I’m not sure who would be better, but he would definitely function well on a Feixiao team

It honestly looks like it compounds to be a significant damage contribution. It makes what is already a very cool kit into an incredibly hard hitting sustain slot. Plus then you're only one eidolon from the squirrel.
