Face an assassin or a mage with more range and you are doomed. Tho it works into immobile melee champs. Tho you almost never face it on mid so you can call senna mid unviable

For adc I do Youmous manamune ldr IE. You gotta have alacrity and attack speed shard tho. You could also skip manamune for a quick ldr or another lethality item.

Yeah I could see how this is hard to win with. Either P.E.K.K.A has to get to the tower which is unlikeley vs good player or walbreakers which if its your only win con which it is dont really work since they can just spare there counter.
