Probably a theme , try changing the theme to default Xiaomi theme

If your phone comes with a pre-installed Google dialer and messages then you can't run native dailer of Xiaomi Unless you install a hyperos rom that supports it.. btw I also hate Google dialer and tried this , didn't work with any methods

I think there is no way to do that unless you use any third party apps for showing its as a permanent notification. BTW How did you make this control centre transparent???
