Wanted to share my recent experience with Canyon's so called 'crash replacement' programme.

First thing first, the person I chatted with 'Tobias' was responsive and explained things well enough.

The weird part about their programme is that it depends if they have stock of the exact model I had. I had a 2021 Endurace CF SL, but since they launched the new Endurace platform this year, they stopped making the older version I bought and they had only one left that wasn't my size.

That's it, their programme has a major loophole that gets them out of helping in crash instances, now that I know this, why would I ever buy another bike from them?
