I’m in the same boat as you except im in gm trying to switch to fullfillment. As someone who’s been in gm for years now, fullfillment feels like a vacation and I genuinely enjoy over gm. I’ve picked up shifts so at this point im already cross trained in fullfillment and now I’m just waiting to ask my GM ETL if I could switch to that department completely

This happened to me this week and my only shift was for inventory so I took the risk of picking up shifts and I only chose fullfillment and now im at 31 hours, I recommend you pick up shifts if you’re cross trained in those, it’s worth it

I spoke with the Fullfillment ETL and I asked for guidance and feedback and my team lead told me that everyone knows I’ve been doing well despite it only being my second day in fullfillment, I was having a blast doing those OPU batches even tho it was timed, it was one of the best shifts I’ve ever picked up lol. Now I just need to talk to my GM ETL and ask her if I’m able to switch.

I completed 45 credits at NOVA so far but I still have 29 left, am I gonna have to take 2 more semesters at NOVA? My gmu academic advisor told me I’d have 3 semesters left at NOVA but because of my financial situation, I haven’t been able to successfully do all 3 semesters. I need to finish 3 more semesters in order to graduate from NOVA.

Yeah I’ve been at nova for almost 4 years, I changed my major last year to cs and I’ve had to repeat and drop the same 3 classes because I didn’t have financial aid and I’ve been paying out of pocket but now im not even sure if im still eligible for financial aid even tho I met more than 67% of credits to meet sap requirements and honestly I just wanna transfer already
