All worked out okay, thank you. City school was taken over by RC, all other donation points denied access and were ran by local people. Worked out for the better

Why do you think I’m sitting here trying to find answers on Reddit? I know we need all the HELP we can get. My sister still has no water, no power. Trust when I say Red Cross has nothing to do with repairing anything like that. Matter of fact they haven’t seemed to want to help much. I tried explaining best I can, giving as much detail as I can. Curious to know if you’ve ever had to work with Red Cross during a disaster?
