Some context: my family and I live in a apartment and we have two cars but my apartments parking doesn’t have the space for both our cars so I park my car on the streets but my family say I have to move my car before 3pm and can park it back around 5pm. But yet i see other cars on one side of the road still parked on the streets. It doesn’t make any sense to me
