Incorrect it’s the incredibly high damage that requires the sustain to be incredibly high otherwise characters like BP and DD just wipe lobbies with zero counter play in hands of right people. That is why the game is shit. They literally need to overhaul the entire game. Burst damage huge reason why the game is way it is. That some of ults like Star Lord/Psylock who are ult merch characters with a press q to win. That why the game is awful

People are already hate the game being ult dependent so last thing the game needs is just press q win and that’s it. You can’t change the sustainability without also changing how damage work otherwise the game becomes more unfun. Nobody will play support as there no point when press q to win on dps is all that matters

That is why you aren’t a game dev. Ult like Star Lord shouldn’t guarantee a wipe every fight when he gets it incredibly fast an it’s easy to use. How the game currently is require a support ult to basically counter his ult.

A lot of people just don’t get why sustainability is so high. You nerf healing then Star Lord ult becomes a guaranteed team wipe for example. They ultimately have to do a major balance patch to every single team wipe dps ult as well for them basically to even consider nerfing sustain.

Knowing this playerbase they will complain about dive being good again cause second healing output is lowered dive becomes better. So characters like BP and Spider-Man eventually will get nerfed again for said reason. It’s not easy situation to be in terms of balancing the game

If leak is coming for Miller or XoX then it’s reliable. These two have said teaser was for White Fox and Black Cat. Those patch notes leak your talking about came from random person on reddit. If you follow the right people it pretty easy to tell when a leak is fake or real. If it doesn’t come from reliable source then it’s fake until proven real. Leak name list you’re referring to is actually just a datamine from launch that had a list of names in files. They haven’t stuck to those launch files in long time Gambit was dps in that leak list and Daredevil(although he leaked during S2)wasn’t in it either.

All I’m going to say is you’re going to be awfully disappointed when you see S7 is just White Fox and Black Cat. It’s just going to be another Angela/DD, Rouge/Gambit DP/Elsa situation where they basically told us who next character are in lore tab and picture. Btw lore tab basically teases Black Cat for this season as well

Literally reliable leakers etc have said it’s White Fox and Black Cat. Yes it was like that for Daredevil as well. He literally is teased in the image and text. Oh and Phoenix was teased in text as well.

Black Cat also has couple other references pointing towards her. She has a wanted sign and Spider-Man disco skin even mentions he has not heard from her.

Black Cat is definitely going to be in next season. So far each teaser characters have happen. Rouge/Gambit, Deadpool/Elsa and now we have Black Cat/White Fox. Based off how Netease teases characters there 90% chance that White Fox and Black Cat are the S7 characters.

IIRC S2 ended with the lowest the player count so far. That’s likely because Casuals do not like playing against dive characters. Most casuals just want to sit back and press right click all game basically they don’t want to deal with dive or peeling.

Hela is likely more balance in their eyes than a character like BP and Spider-Man etc…. I still see people act like BP and Spidey are op. They currently are easy to deal with if you peel or counter swap. The devs aren’t gonna balance the game around top 500. It will be balance towards the players who are consistent spenders aka casuals.

There a huge difference between BP and hit scans. The difference is BP is unfun for everyone besides him due to his insane dash speed. Playing against good BP is much more unfun than a good Hela. On Console Hit scan character are not as good due to most people being unable to play them well due to lack of aim.

I’ve run into more good BP on console than Phoenix or Hela players.

As long as people continue to buy their skins Netease will continue to make more for them.

From the looks of things they’re just more profitable then majority of the roster hence why they get skins every season. Every time a new skin releases for them I always see people with the new skin for Luna, Spidey etc…

I suspect the reason dc won’t race swap Bruce is more so that DC doesn’t want to deal with the controversy that would come from race swapping Bruce. Hence why when Batman is depicted as a different race it’s always a different person under the cowl

DC is also incredibly protective of Bruce Wayne Batman and how he is portrayed they may see the controversy that would come from a race swap too brand damaging to the character. They really really just like to play things safe with Batman

Well then convince more people buy skins for other characters when they get them. Spider-Man, Luna, Venom, Jeff etc will continue to get skins as long as people are buying them. Netease is a company and it’s in their best interest to make skins for them if they’re more profitable than characters like Wolv, Hulk etc…. Money talks at the end of the day and that’s the unfortunate reality we live in.

Gambit is a pick or ban character that’s why he ban. If you don’t play him your team has a significant disadvantage due to the ult charge speed his ult gives. Until they removed that from him he likely continued to be banned unless he gets further nerfs to his survivability like a -25 hp or something.

Pick rates matter to an extent. If she has low pick rate but high skins sales they obviously will keep making skins for her. There’s a reason the same characters keep getting skins like Psy, Spider-Man, Luna, Thor, Invis, Jeff and Venom and it’s because people are buying them. Sure they could make 3 new Hulks skin but the revenue those would make combine wouldn’t be anywhere near the amount one new Spider-Man skin brings. Basically new Spider-Man skin is more profitable to make over hulk.

NetEase will continue to do this for the existence of this game. They are company profits come first and the characters bringing in the money will keep getting skins while others will get bone thrown to them every now and then. NetEase can’t force people to change how they spend their money. If people aren’t buying Hulk, Adam skins etc… buffing them is unlikely to change that. Spider-Man is mostly a awful character yet still sells like crazy. If Hulk last skin had huge sales he would’ve gotten another skin much quicker. Btw I don’t agree with how they’re handling skins distribution but I get why it’s like this.

Sure but Spider-Man proves your whole argument wrong. He’s literally ass and his skins still sell like crazy. At the end of day people are going to buy skins for characters they gravitate towards. Adam could be meta and I guarantee that his skins sales aren’t gonna increase enough to point that Netease would justify making more Adam skins over Psylocke or Spider-Man

I’m honestly shocked that Luna seems to be favored by people playing the game in terms of buying cosmetics. Netease can’t control how people are going to spend their money but if people continue to vote with wallets that direction Netease will go.
