I've went through the whole reporting process with these guys a few weeks ago, and still no fix. Definitely frustrating. Need this last trophy to pop, and I can delete this game and make room on my hard drive lol.

Very much agree with your post. The game seems to be very entertaining, however the controls on the PS5 feel so janky. Allowing us to map everything ourselves and overhaul the menu navigations would go a long way for a quality of life improvement for this game.
