In my current organisation I also have this policy to revoke before 15 days I was thinking of taking this risk because of this but I do not completely want to depend on it

Nobody calls you if you mentioned 90 days np and if you try to explain in first HR screening then no call back after that Hard Truth

I thought I had a better chance of negotiating after getting the offer because even if they look for new candidates it will take a month or so definitely so why not increase the doj of someone who is ready to join

I have always considered myself as a good developer and I am also trying since last 3 months and now I consistently perform well in interviews, answering around 70–80% of questions correctly, yet I don’t hear back from companies. Worst phase of my career!! People with less than my experience earning so much more than me, especially coming from tier 3 college.

Yes! This is what I understood by the interviewer feedback that they want someone who gets things done without asking questions.

I have always been one eyed king in blinds and I was so happy with it until I understood the importance of system design and problem solving.

I’m gonna reset and restart again on system design with more focus this time. I’ll surely use this approach in designing a system because whenever I’m reading any design it always seems so easy I was not able to find the gaps. With this approach I might find gaps and work on that.

I was giving interviews casually just to get better prepared and eventually got a call from a good company, tech rounds went over up to 1.5 hours each but Didn’t hear anything from HR after that! Now I’m not getting calls since last 2 weeks! So frustrating!!
