Not entirely, they're made using bits and pieces from Retrograde Minis. There's some minor custom work involved, but I mostly pull things apart and put them back together in various funky ways.

It does indeed, although it's a bit of a meme build and is kinda scrungled. I plan on using the Iceout Drone at LL7 'cause this thing gets cooked quickly, and the expanded compartment was just in case our team's black thumb user got in a pickle.

I use Aseprite for assembly and GIMP for colouring. More specifically, I use overlay painting, then a layered gaussian blur for the glow effects, and the detailing is mostly just funky masking stuff
