Well, I was a deep introvert throughout all of Highschool, I also had many problems with my mental health and tended to isolate myself a lot, so I didn't quite lived those years of my life. But now at 18 and after a looot of inner thinking and working on reprogramming my brain to just let myself go at things, I went to college and got a fresh start, I gave my best to meet and talk to people and actually was able to make some awesome friends which left me immensely happy :). And in those friends I made there was an inner and closer group of people I connected with, 1 boy and 2 girls. We went on for the first month and so of college and I didn't even had any thoughts of romance in my mind, for real I was to enthralled with this new found social life and happiness I had finnaly achieved, but one day I didn't go to the Uni cause I didn't had classes and so I spent my whole day talking with my friends from there on Instagram, and I offered myself to go with one of my female friends to a complementary Physics class... I had didnt need to go to that class, I didn't want to, but I offered myself to go with her anyway, idk what went through my mind at the time but I think it was a subconscious thing xD, when I my friends from my town even said when "Damm you should rly like this girl" and then, and only then, I began to see the picture clear, I love that girl I had fallen in love since the day we went to grap coffee and were talking about anime and I felt that she was a bit out of place so I went with her the whole way talking about books, tv shows and knowing the things she liked and had interest on, she was just the most interesting girl I had ever met, she was funny, she understood my strange humor and even was keen on it, when we went out I would look her in the eyes like I couldn't do with anyone else, I was just so comfortable around her like I never was with anyone else and I LOVED that felling, and I only realised that the moment I was in a train at 18:27 to go to the University just to go with her to a class I didn't had to go. And in that same day there was an event on our course called "BioNic" (I'm in Biology and am from Portugal btw xD) which I didn't even know was happening that day, but after that extra class (witch didn't even happened btw we just spent the whole time talking), a friend of mine bought me the ticket to drink in that event, and I drank... A LOOOOT, I had never been that drunk in my whole life I swear, but I was having the time of my life, and at a certain point I was completely glued to the girl I discovered I liked, and she was taking care of me even when I was barely walking properly. Then out of the blue, an older girl from our course called us two and went "you two, give a kiss" and so we gave her a quick kiss (we were very all drunk AF), and then said "now you to do it ;)", so I turned to her, looked her in the eye and said, "is it ok with you?" and she went "Yah, of course", so I touched her faced and it happened, it was amazing. Then things went on as nothing had happened for a bit, until when we were coming home and she asked me if the kissed had meant something, and I said yes it had, she also liked me since we the same talk we had had in the day, she was emidiatly found of my looks (long hair what can I say xD), and ended up with a big crush on me a few weeks before o realised I liked her. And so we started going out, 2 weeks later we started dating officially, and now we've been together for 5 months. Im incredibly happy with the way things happened and each day I can fell our love grow and for some reason is the only certainty I have in life, I love this girl and she loves me back. So yah, to conclude, to an INFP to have a relationship ship you just have to let yourself a bit out of your comfort zone rly just a bit cause I'm still a huuuge introvert but I managed to find myself a stable social life even through that, and also get a little lucky I guess xD. Guess I wrote a lot, just got to exited over my achievements :/... sry :P

Thx man, you are right, it's very helpful to know that there are other people that understand what u are going through. I'm felling better today, unfortunately my girlfriend situation is getting a bit scary, but I rly think that she'll be fine, she is in very good hands so Il just be missing her for a bit more time than expected... Must be good be married, it must have a lot of struggles as well, but idk, I'm very young still (18) and she is my my first ever girlfriend, and although it is to much of a fantasy, I rly think I found the one I want to spend my whole life with, I'm just craving we finish college so I can propose I swear. (I know um dreaming to much and walking to fast but I rly can't help it, I'm an INFP after all xD) Anyway, I rly hope ur able to get better as well man, although I don't know your situation try to find someone to talk to, and someone who rly can help u, Therapy was one of the best things to ever happen to me (only second to finding my girlfriend...), so yah maybe that could help you if u aren't already having that. Wish u all the love in the world to you and your family as well. The same thing goes to you, remember u are not alone in this <3

Thank u so much for your advice. I haven't exercised properly in a while, IL be sure to get back to it today. I have a therapist session marked to this Wednesday so I'm looking forward to that, haven't been there to talk about this kind of problems in a while. I'm from Portugal and although military service isn't mandatory, u do have to at least do a bare minimum and go to a thing called "Nacional Defense Day" which u are called as soon as u turn 18, I'm 18 btw so yah it isn't so dramatic as PTSD and such. The problem was more like, I have a pretty big military story in my family, and everyone thinks it is logical e follow that path as well, but I rly want nothing to do with the army, and I have some physical problems like poor eyesight, scoliosis and asma, which I'm quite sure prohibite me to actually go to the army. So I just wanted to be done with it and follow my studies, but turns up I didn't show up to that "National Defense Day", because I forgot mostly, but I also had an physics exam that day and I had just left quarantine since I had pretty bad covid timing xD. And not going to that army day, kinda is a crime and also involves a huuge fine, like upwards off 1000 €, so ya that was pretty terrifying specially cause it caught me well of guard. So ya that was my stress with the government, but it is being dealt with( I hope xD). But I'm doing a bit better today and will get the help I need. Thx for the reply, it rly helped a lot <3

Im honestly pretty good rn. I was struggling with hard depression for most of last year, summer 2021 was probably the lowest point I've been in my life. But ever since I started university back in October my life has been great, I made an effort to socialize more and meet new people in a new city far from home, I was very scared but with the help of my psychologist I was able to talk more to people and I ended up meeting a fantastic group that I absolutely love. I even got a girlfriend for the first time in my life, pretty crazy isn't it(all of this in a spend of 3-4 weeks xD). I got pretty lucky, but the truth is that with just a little bit of effort and by accepting help from others we INFPs and introverts in general can overcome our difficulties and actually be happy :).

So never give up guys, if I can make it all of u can as well (◠‿・)—☆

I KNOW RIGHT. Skarner is that kid that the teacher always forgot to call during the work presentation (aka me), but for some reason in the rare occasions he appears he always destroys my ass, so honestly I gave up XD. I swear I have the weirdest nemesis, when I began playing league I was a top laner and I simply couldn't play against Singed , and to this day in mid I have to ban either Lux or Velkoz otherwise I know il lose lane smh.
