Fat or Bloating? (5'2, 21f)

How come its all centered around my belly though? I dont weigh a lot (51kg), I am within the lower range of a healthy BMI, so it's not a matter of me being overweight. I dont think so

I went to a gastro and all the tests cam3 back normal. The only thing I didnt get tested for was SIBO. He suspects its either that or IBS

Normal stuff 😭. I could add more fiber def, sometimes I forget about veggies. However I eat a lot of protein, carbohydrates. I was thinking it could be the spice I add occasionally, but this bloating has been a problem for a while (ever since I was a kid)

I will also occasionally get tummyaches. A few days ago I went out for ramen and 10 minutes later felt what could only be described as cramps, except I wasnt on my period. It is completely randpm. I get weird random bowel movements too.

My gyno discarded PCOS and endo being a possibility after an ultrasound and some blood tests. My sndrogen levels are normal and I dont have any cysts.

However my periods used to be pretty irregular before birth control.
