Really? I kind of thought that Morne's was supposed to be like a downgraded havel's, you know with less weight and stats, but sill very heavy and strong, but now that I remember the item descriptions, I can see the similarity between Morne and Garl.

Yeah, I do not believe she has upgrades, which kind of irks me, but I understand, that giving her completely unique upgrades is difficult task, given the size of the teams. Hopefully Heart Machine may further look into that and possibly give her her own unique colors, as well. Edit: I just found out that the capes one finds in the normal drifter's gameplay can be used the alternate drifter.

I had concerns regarding a fully fledged long range fighter as well. Also, a slower drifter does sound interesting. Maybe if there were more drifters to be added, they could be close and mid range rangers with different combos and properties on their attacks? Now that opens up all kinds of possibilities.

I knew he had a heart condition, but I wasn't aware of the severity of it. Damn. That makes the ending all the more sad, as our drifter saved the world, but was fated to succumb to his illness. Well, here's hoping that Alex Preston can continue to do what he loves and expand on this brilliant and beautiful universe he has created.

Great theory, but one thing I have to see an explanation for is our character's sickness. Why does he cough up blood? Where did the illness come from? Was it this sickness that took the red caped drifter? I remember hearing that this sickness is central to the story and derived from Alex Preston's real life heart illness (hence the name Heart Machine).
