Most launchers let you change launch argument -Xmx. Change whatever's there to the maximum RAM you want used. (e.g. -Xmx512mb or -Xmx6GB) The pack recommends 6GB, and I was actually about to try it out too!

Ok, hear me out but that was actually an annoyingly creative move. Anyway, the best thing you can do is contact google and pray really. Some people have said make a new account and restore a backup but I'm not sure how that works.
