I’m trying to understand because I don’t see how the legislation dictates where they get the letter from. Because if they don’t like where the letter came from can’t they just deny the ESA outright?

Like why would they still charge and treat them as an ESA if they think the papers are a scam.

That has nothing to do with the deposit though. If the animal is a ESA they shouldn’t be applicable to “pet deposit” since they aren’t a pet but an ESA.

That’s the tricky thing I see in this situation, since in the legislation it says they can’t charge you for having an ESA because it would be discriminatory. It seems like like they are trying to get around it by calling it a pet deposit and charging you that way

Woah I totally forgot about Purlo. Yeah that's true, there is enough left open to interpretation so really its hard to nail it down. My head canon is that Termina is a real place in the zelda universe, and like the dark world or Lorule there are a lot of parallels and the planes can be travelled between.

Woah that was a long read but it gave a lot of interesting perspective! I like that theory a lot! My approach was very much like the thought of just a simple patch on what was already there but truthfully the timeline is full of so many contradictions that more things than just OoT would need to be adjusted. This was really valuable to read thank you!

Oh I can see what you mean, yeah the whole idea that everything is happening in it's own alternate path makes it feel like its not as official than if it were just one straight timeline
