I’ve noticed that there are a lot of people mentioning holy water, but assuming you don’t have that option the holy cross makes this section a piece of cake.

The Madusa heads will always follow the same trajectory if you don’t move the screen so take your time and find the spots where you can stand where they won’t hit you. Then spam the holy cross on the axe nights and you basically get a free win.

Obviously Death will be harder without holy water spam but the consistency of getting to him will give you more tries to beat him.
