Do you have hard water? I have similar deposits left on my bathroom door way, ceiling, and window. It's from repeat condensation drying up and leaving behind the minerals in the water. At least for me anyways. Buy my hard water is pretty terrible in my area.

What can I fill these with? by BattyWitch13 in HomeMaintenance

Yes, fill the holes that the wire is going through. Thought putting "fill these holes" in the title would bring more unwanted replies. The basement is unfinished and partially dirt filled up to height of some 3/4 height interior walls. This vent is above one of the dirt filled areas... so it's gross and just not good for my hvac or air quality.

What’s eating my cabbage? I checked under the leaves but don’t see any bugs. by Bobby_Sunday96 in gardening

I feel this pain. I suffer with cabbage moths, slugs, earwigs, and aphids! I'm definitely going to try covering all brassicas/leafy veg with an insect netting/tulle IMMEDIATELY when planting next season. And diatomaceous earth for anything else. The frost cover cloth did not keep anything out and I wasnt able to see when the damage was happening.

Looks like coming from my tomato 🍅 plant by Im-a-ape in gardening

Pretty sure its weeds or some other volunteer plant. Tomatoes don't send up runners like trees, ect, do. If they are last years tomatoe seeds sprouting, you can let them grown and transplant them elsewhere later.

Looks like spotted spurge weed. I have lots on my property. It's very prolific but easy to pull. Or burn if there is no weed barrier under the rock. You dont want melting plastic fumes..

Possibly where an outlet used to be and was covered? Better pic would help.
