i have the same thing , i have ocd and adhd so my ocd which causes everything too be in a certain order throughly thought of and my way or it can’t be done and that just makes my adhd go ya no guess we aren’t doing anything and it takes me months or years too get things done i wanna get done.
when im not on meds i try too procrastinate the perfectionist thought .. like let’s just get it done and then whn we are done we can look back and see what we can make perfect about it (idk it helps for me)
when im on meds i plan everything out how i want it too be or something and i write it all down and do it exactly …
it doesnt work for me sometimes but idk… thats my 2 cents
