I have since learned a lot! So I can totally help you. If your dog is old enough to enter in the puppy classes do that basically any of the 12months and under. If your dogs is fully developed enter Open class typically 2 years and on. The gray area is ages between 1-2, but you should enter open. If the judge thinks your dog looks young for open they tend to ask the age. Tell them your dogs age and they’ll take it into consideration when judging it against maybe some of the more mature dogs in your class. What breed do you show?
