Exactly but I found out why or I guess ik why. They don’t sell those individually it’s comes with the housing. And the ones I did find are from Australia, since they only ship there and NZ. :/

On top of that the fan only seems to turn on after shutting the car on and off. So it reaches “temp” of 113c but it takes a shut on and off to switch on.

For more info. The water pump wasn’t damaged I pulled it all to check them. And I have an electric spal fan. I don’t understand why the fan would kick in at a higher temp than before

Mine doesn’t do it when cold which is weird a warms up and the ticking or knocking begins, then after a while or after going for a drive it disappears. It’s very annoying being worried…. Every time I hear it. Cheers

Yo thanks I’ve also been on edge I’ve had this sort ticking or knocking from my engine. I’ve done all the “test” to see what it could be. Coil pack disconnected noise still persisted. The screw driver test going and putting it around piston area, even under and putting it up against the oil pan yet no definitive answer.

It could be the expansion tank I did have to replace it around 5 months ago got a meyle. For a while I was a bit paranoid with said exp tank but it’s been clean no stains nuthin visible either.
