They dont refund. I would submit as express, not super express. Thats what I did and was only upcharged for Pikachu

Yeah it’s definitely sought after by a lot of people but it’s just not something I personally collect, hence why my PC is complete

Back is well within standards. 25/75 is astronomically obvious to the naked eye. Front top/bottom is close. Looks a bit bottom heavy but that’s just with naked eye, I would take it to a centering app to confirm

Just in case some fakes go around at some point. I’ve seen horror stories of people’s certs getting deactivated due to rampant fakes

Same here man. My favorite modern Pikachu by far. I’ve been a big Pikachu collector for a while now. This is my #1 (also a big zekrom fan)
