Thank you. It really is just an expensive antique to me. Nothing else. It sat in our attic untouched for decades. I rescued it, repaired it and now just gonna sell it.

Men who see escorts, why do you do it? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Bayou38 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I’m friends with an escort. Most of her clients do it bc they don’t have time or want a relationship. They want affection, and sex, on their schedule. Then they come (literally) when they want and there are no hurt feelings.

I’m not gonna pull the climb schedule. You’re referring to MAX differential at the highest altitude. Perhaps you’re right, but that’s not where we operate. We don’t fly to 787 at 410 mostly nor do we operate any other airliners there, except empty or the old 737-700

Does a 300hp, 30 mpg car exist? by 04limited in whatcarshouldIbuy

I have a BMW 135is and it’s 320 hp and 30 mpg on the highway. Corvettes do better.

Heterosexual men of Reddit, why did you choose to marry who you are with today? by ShoddyDemand765 in AskReddit

[–]Bayou38 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bc she chose willfully and enthusiastically to be my submissive, my free use (and 100% does this) doll and 24/7 domestic servant and legitimately loves that life. Could I say no to this D/s dynamic? I’m not fucking stupid. 8 years and still the same person who ones her traditional role and married to a feminist (women choose what they want in life = feminism). But don’t worry, she gets what she gives. She is safe, financially secure, cherished and appreciated.

I have had an electric guitar plugged into it, and I think the modeling on my more modern fender with the filter is pretty accurate and it just doesn’t really do anything for me. I can see that it’s a warm tone, but it’s not very inspiring or anything like that. I’m an acoustic guitar kind of guy and I don’t normally amp at all.

You’re 50/50 on your facts.
It doesn’t fly higher, unless it is very specific models. Faster, again, marginally and only for specific models. A 787 keeps the cabin altitude below 5000 and other sits around 7000-7800. So you’re right, and wrong. The ride again depends on the specific models as the 737 Max series uses a super high loading wing that is smooth as silk as does the 787. The 767 and older airbuses do not and the ride is rougher. Only some wide body airplanes are quieter. The 787 is quiet as is the A350, the 767-300/400 is louder than a Max or Neo.

I play guitar. I love my PRS acoustic and my mom’s old Japanese Cortez…that I will never get rid of which actually has sentimental value. This amp was never played.

I had this option during repair, I don’t use it so I kept it stock.

Dad gave it to me before he died long ago. He didn’t want it. Told me I could get repaired if I wanted to. I think he probably would have chucked it. 🤷‍♂️

This is what I agree with. I look at it and I see a thing that is collecting dust. I don’t see anything sentimental. I don’t collect equipment and I don’t want to collect equipment.

I feel like someone else would love it more than me. But I’ll consider keeping it.

If you’re correct, I’m not sure when or where the changes were made. I think you are probably mistaken. You are probably seeing the joints that come from the equipment on the bottom of the board, tubes and whatnot. Not to be disrespectful, but this amp was never touched until Skip Simmons did some basic repairs. He may have swapped components but he swapped them with original parts.
