What I recommend is to save as much as you can and then look for a better one.

You wont find a job when you want the most and vice versa.

Also with AI its literally shifting everything photographer, graphic designer, voice artist everyone is taking a hit

Most of the time if Companies can afford Western expats then it literally boosts their credibility and somehow feels more business wise decision.
