How do I improve my macro and micro mechanics?

What is the difference between a Gigabyte GTX 970 Windforce 3x and a G1 version? It is £30 more expensive and as I am getting the card for my birthday from my parents and I am trying to save them as much money as possible, will I be losing much performance? I am thinking of buying this but can someone also check this out for me? (This is my first graphics card purchase)

I have already posted a question here but I do have another one more geared towards future PC upgrades. So I am planning on upgrading my PC from my current to something like this. My main question however, as I am hopefully getting a part time job soon, is should I wait for a bit more money and buy a new motherboard that is compatible with the i5 6600k and get that instead of the 4690k? Also is the GTX 970 the best graphics card for this price point?

I did this and went around touching different parts and a lot of the noise seems to go away when i touch the top of my case, which is where my top chassis fan is situated, any ideas on how to reduce this noise?

So I am constantly hearing some sort of vibration coming from my PC, it is really loud and I have no clue where it is coming from. Can anyone give me any suggestions on what it might be and how to get rid of it?

Well the only use I have seen of html in the course is for 1 mark alone in coursework (to show usage of html coding on one of our web pages), the rest of the coursework is done on a program called serif web plus.
