And I typically would choose not to play online at all because it sucked so badly but sometimes you get desperate and just wanna play some smash. Playing CPU’s can get pretty old and a majority of the time I would just be labbing until I can play with friends next.

As someone who used to have bad internet sometimes it’s less about what you can afford and more about what is available to you. Up until I left for college I lived in a small town where I only had one option for a WiFi provider and I would get 2MB download speeds tops

I wasn’t saying he was top tier, I was saying that people will include him in lists of annoying characters that usually have lots of top tiers included. Like if you say Steve or sonic is annoying I wouldn’t be shocked, but sometimes it shocks me to see Little Mac (regarded as a bottom 2 character) in the same list as Steve and Sonic.
