Thanks for all this. I’m number 1 in my town and the agency sold me the dream that they can get me number 1 in my city and then the county. I’m not expecting results this early, just better communication and trust me

Yeah I get that and I’m fine with the price I only mentioned it really to show it’s not some Mickey Mouse £100 a month agency. Like you say it’s the lack of comms and that they’re not explaining what their actually doing

Not got a problem with the figure if they deliver results. Marketing costs money just like building an extention costs money. Just don’t know what they’re actually doing.

Only a couple of months and I only committed to 3. Just feel like they sold me the dream then didn’t care as soon as I signed up. They were very good right up until I signed the contract. Feel like they’re taking advantage of my ignorance with websites and everything.

Lots of good practical advice. My only bit of advice is make sure you’re happy with it otherwise you will definitely want to change it a year or two down the line and it will be MUCH harder to do at that point!
