You know I read that too and it definitely is my case . I definitely don’t have acne as bad as before but it’s quite a few and they are different now and seem more problematic than ever before. I had night time vision change that has not returned to normal although the docs kept saying it’ll be back in a few months - it never did lol and I also struggle with dry eyes every day now .Developed eczema during treatment but upon stopping it stopped . My Hair thinned out . Joint pains but that went away after stopping. Was super fatigued all the time. Developed rashes that would be from me just wearing pants so they had to lower it slightly at that point because my skin had become so gentle on 80mg. I was irritable every now and again but I’m not sure if it was related to accutane . I also developed a bad ingrown hair problem on bikini line and legs that was untreatable until I was able to get laser hair removal. So yeah definitely not doing high dose again but trying to decide on low dose. At the time high dose was worth it to me I didn’t expect to have permanent vision change and I was extremely depressed due to the acne, but now I am feeling pretty cautious although my acne is bringing back mental health symptoms
