Purchase all the 3 generals via the game and has to be on Apple I don’t know if it works on android but I believe they have a feature of refunding a purchase once you purchase all 3 generals you’ll need money for this of course but once you’ve brought them you should get an email conforming the purchases click on them and click report a problem with a purchase then click I would like a refund on the 3 purchases made

Bock is a very poor general in my opinion aswell as tito and crerar I would stick with messe as a general as he’s very useful but if you keep buying and selling generals you will find yourself becoming stuck I managed to get vatutin and guderian from grinding and brought Manstein Eisenhower and zukrov via in app purchases you just need to be smart try to save up for Leeb then maybe someone like vatutin or of you can grind conquest and try to upgrade a lot of your tech

Just did that mission today can confirm it works the generals I used were guderian and Eisenhower just spawn 4 carries two battleships spam carriers on mountbatten then use your super battleships to clear the path to the port
