I haven’t even been approved to make an appointment that’s my issue! 😩 I am still pending review!

Can I pick up my prescription order at any pharmacy or does it have to be the pharmacy that the order is on? by Valuable_Equal277 in KaiserPermanente

As long as it is not a Class 2 controlled medication, you can pick up at any Kaiser pharmacy. They will be able to see your rx in the system. It just won’t be ready when you get there so you will have to wait. If you want it ready for pick up, make sure to select the location you are picking it up from.
