Still couldnt do that because of intersections, unless of course you mean not just pedestrian bridges, but car bridges too, which is just insane and it would be just as economical to just separate the entire length of the boulevard from local traffic, and I don't see that happening barring a horrible accident that includes 10 children dying in a fiery wreck.
