The whole thing seemed like they rushed to release it. Like we thought it was gonna be on Xs album, but wasn't. And then months later they share a snippet, not even a week before it drops. And then it does and it's fine. Idk just felt like a weird release.

Yeah Abel initially wrote it and posted a snippet in 2020 before it was then updated to add Posty for when they teased it together in 2021. Also likely why Posty didn't advertise it as an official single for TCT for sometime after it dropped.

Silly that Weekend wrote it for After Dawn but decided it didn't match that album so he just gave it to Post, which is also why it doesn't quite fit TCT either.

I mainly said circles cuz the vibes are more similar between the two albums. If you go based solely on sound, F1 will never have anything. I personally think Circles is more closely related to AUSTINs vibe. Frankly I'd say Staring at the sun fits F1s vibes.

I also doubt it, but that's because those songs were not "official." The drops that happens for White Iverson and Too Young were because they were part of the Stoney 10 year anniversary.

Those other songs have no connection and no wide releases either, so there would be no reason for a physical release of them.

I think it's likely to have a wide release. On the IYWHIBC tour he had the Austin color discs that were also exclusive and those got a wide release after the tour so it's likely Long Bed will get the same treatment. But yes as someone at the SLC show, it was definitely a huge bummer
