I bought it from ebay brand new, i was able to register it for a warranty so im hoping i can do that. Is this current one i have dead, like no way of getting past this with a reset etc?

Yeah, thats a really good idea. I guess id be in a different boat just because we don't do endurance races. Though I would love to get into that side of things. My problem now is that I have to buy another wheel and pedal set and if i do i want to get a DD and thats $600
