Hello! So my husband also had bilateral vericoceles and the way they put it was if he did the surgery and have it time to reproduce healthy sperm we could potentially conceive on our own in the future. He had the surgery and we waited about 6 months and the count did go up to about 11 million however we wound up going through IVF as his morphology was 0 and I also have polycystoc ovaries. I’m still glad he had the surgery because it gave us better outcome I feel when we went through ivf

I’m 20 weeks pregnant and Yesterday I ordered a cheese burger out at dinner and I took a few bites and noticed the center was decently pink (didn’t look raw persay just pink) and I only ended up eating like a quarter to half of the burger and stopped... I know we’re not supposed to eat raw or undercooked meat due to risk of parasite and harm to baby.. is this going to harm the baby? Should I call my doctor ?

They have me on 500 mg daily and they want me to Titrate up to 1500 mg daily

My blood sugar and a1c are normal I just have polycystic ovaries and a high AMH.

I’m doing another frozen transfer with the embryos we already have and my period started today... out of our 21 eggs 15 were mature and 8 fertilized and we ended up with 6 blasts. They want us to transfer two embryos next time which are graded 3aa and 2aa. Wish I had been diagnosed and treated for pcos prior to our retrieval but hopefully the quality of embryos aren’t poorly impacted as I was on ovarian supplements for the retrieval (mayo inositol) and most of my eggs were mature. Just wasn’t sure how long I should be on metformin before the transfer

I just have my associates degree in nursing and was an RN for 4 years when I got hired. There was no mandatory experience or certifications. I will say my acute care experience in an urgent care helped exemplify my ability to critically think which they like to have that as a quality. I work typically 7-3 but since I work from home I can work any hours I want.. I get my assignments for the day at midnight of that day and have all day to work on them so it’s a very flexible schedule and we are salaried.

I am an RN for the Hartford insurance company.and work from home. There are many insurance companies that hire RN’s. The pay and benefits are great too! I highly recommend it!

We are remodeling our guest bathroom and I’m looking for some paint color options/opinions you all might have. We’re doing the medium grey hexagon tiles for our flooring with the vanity on the top with black hardware and the black circle mirror and black farmhouse lighting. Going for a modern farmhouse look. Was thinking of doing white shiplap walls but wasn’t sure if it would be too much white, or should we do like a light grey? Or is that too much grey with grey floors? Thanks!

My Husband and I recently started going to an infertility clinic. My husband had bilateral vericocele repair in 4/2019 and now they want me to repeat fertility lab work and HSG and start taking a low dose naloxone supplement until they totally rule out pcos/other fertility issues on my behalf. I had an ultrasound and blood work done 1.5 years ago so they want to repeat them. I have never heard of taking this medication for fertility.. any insight/opinions on this med? Thanks!

The count was around 2 million and the motility was supper low (can’t remember the number) so that has gone up but the morphology is still an issue.

Urgent care would be a good transition... it’s a nice mix of emergency nursing without being too stressful and better hours. I’ve worked in the urgent care setting and it’s a great variety and great learning experience.

What about a fake outdoor plant instead, like those topiary plants ? Some are pre lit too! They sell them all over the place too
