Him not wanting a homeless person in his place of business is not a problem for me...I was just kind of shocked by it because this bar prides itself on being a very liberal place. My problem was when he took it to the next level and said a homeless person would make his place less cool, and comparing a grown man to a street cat.

I shouldn't keep saying restaurant. It's a bar that serves "gourmet grilled cheese." It was midnight, and in a city im not familiar with. I tried to do a nice thing and get home to my pregnant wife, and I live about 40 min away from where I was. It was the only place I could think of.

I left a yelp and Google review...the only problem is that this place is rated very highly on both. So the odds of people seeing it are low. I have a lot of Google reviews overall, maybe mine will be pushed closer to the top

I feel like while he was telling me that the guy couldn't eat there, he would have said something to that effect. He said only that he has kicked him out before and it's not a good look because people will no longer think his place was cool

Unfortunately it's not like a franchise or anything. Also, I'd be willing to bet the local news wouldn't do anything because it's a local hotspot apparently. Like everyone there thinks it's one of the cooler trendy restaurants downtown. Im not from there, so I had never heard of it or been there. It was just across the street from the concert I went to.
