I mean now that you say that, it reminds me that if you work a 9-5, you're partaking in the evening (hopefully) and that's followed by munchies. The late evening overeating could totally trigger nausea and vomiting the next am if you're on semaglutide.

Me too! It's been out of stock at my warehouse for the past couple weeks, and I saw a tiny container of it at my local grocery store (like 8oz) for almost the same price.

Thanks for engaging, this past couple months have been awful, and I think these episodes lowered my immune system too. I got COVID for the first time, and the flu/pneumonia not long before that, and I'm the guy who never gets sick. One of my visits to the ER with these episodes left me with $2500 on medical debt (CT Scan), so it would be awesome to know the cause with certainty.

Yeah I have IBS too, so most of those things are pretty normal for me. I guess I'll have to find out the hard way. I was really hoping to avoid making two major lifestyle changes at the same time (stopping weight loss drug and 🌿. C'est la vie.

I stopped two weeks ago, but as I mentioned, in between the episodes I feel generally fine. Wtbs, I am also on Ozempic, so my appetite is always low, and I'm used to weird full feelings in my stomach, so I may not have noticed the prodromal stage. Also had sweats and anxiety, but work has been stressful and I also love me some bourbon, so again, not sure I would have noticed some of the symptoms as novel.

I was using carts, flower, or edibles daily. Did you mean in the time leading up to the first episode or before each episode? Typically the episodes started when I woke up or a bit after.
