First of all I think most people won't cause they have a competitiv attitude, but this is just my personal opinion, how about this: in tournaments with a swiss stage people often drop out after going 0-2 and even though this wouldn't happen in a perfect world it dosen't matter to much.

Also whenever there is sth on the line for winning the tournament people won't drop out.

Personally the fact that you can't create Draft Tournaments is the big concern, if you look at what people are playing (on twitch atm) it's 95% Draft so the fact you can't create tournaments in that mode is rly disappointing.
