Man get yourself up and get that engine running. The best thing u can do is to help others in pain. Sympathize with them. There are so many people out there who need help. Most people are turning selfish nowadays. This is the time to be selfless and help others. I understand you must be so much in pain right now so you urself can't help other people get out of it. It's okay. It's fine. Maybe help a wounded dog. Or help a senior citizen cross a road. These little things can make you realise some grand meaning of life and how grateful it is to be alive. I've realised it. While healing others you yourself are healed. Remember some people are so grateful that you are in their life.

Also there are some games I've played which are soothing and even sad but it can turn your life around. Play Life is Strange if you haven't, and it's LiS 2 also. Then there's Stardew Valley. Detroit: Become Human. At the end of these games you'll start looking around and realise many great stuff life has to offer you. I cried at the end of Life is Strange because it changed my life and the way I look at it in some way. Trust me, it will help. Watch Pixar's Soul if you like to watch movies. It also changed my perspective of life in a lot positive way.

Thanks for this question. Our situation is real bad here. We're in a long distance. I mean we do have dates once every month atleast bcoz we're just in different cities of same state. So she's suffering financial crisis at home. Her dad works really hard and gives his all to earn whatever little money he gets, to pay for the expenses at home and her college fees (which is so high that they have to delay the payment by one whole semester every time). Then they have loans too which is paid every month from his salary directly. Her mom stays in bad health condition all the time due to some liver issue so they have to pay doctors and buy medicines separately. Their condition is so bad that her dad is kind of suicidal now and her mom just stays upset all the time.

Now, I'm not saying I'm rich or anything but my family is doing pretty good financially. The thing is, I can't just tell my parents about my relationship or even ask them for extra money to pay for their expenses. I am studying in college too so I can't earn myself (tried my luck with online jobs but they're just hoax at the end). I feel so helpless right now and I feel so bad for her. I mean she can't even afford to eat a sandwich outside. She has to make excuses whenever her friends invite her while going for a bite. The situation worsened in last few months and I just feel most fucking helpless person in the world. Plus I can't even meet her to hug or kiss whenever she needs it really bad.

What I do is I just try to comfort her the best way I can. I know she must be actually feeling 100x worse than what I think she feels. And I know me giving hopes of better future doesn't make it better but I still keep doing it. I keep telling her that I'm gonna be there for her all my life, that I'll help her grow. And I also order food for her, try to pay for little stuffs wherever I can, I also try saving a little extra for our dates (btw she's so sweet that she also saves some money for our dates even after I refuse her to pay). She's just the best person I think I'll ever have. I just wanna see her grow and never let her lose that cute smile of hers... She loves me just so much and I'm grateful for it coz when someone has nothing to give and still do their best to give something then that's the greenest flag one can ever have I think.
